    How can I track my order?

    At the time of dispatch,we always inform our customers and share all necessary details. We all have a dispatch team who are available 24x7 for all your queries regarding your order.

    What if I got poor quality?

    All are material are inspected and quality test report is generated for our records before dispatch,though still if you face any problem regarding quality - we would send an executive to test the material and then see if replacement would work or you require goods with different adhesive compositions.

    What if I want to return?

    We always stand by our products so for our customers. You can call us and inform your concern within 7 days of delivery, and we will do our best to solve your problem.

    How can I know what double side tape would suit my product the most?

    All my sales team are trained about all applications of my products and they would suggest you the adhesive tape according to your need,if required we also have technical staff who can visit your factory to understand the purpose more deeply.
